1)England:Currently they are the top picks since the World Cup is being facilitated in England and Wales.Also the group looks extremely settled with any semblance of Joe Root,Eoin Morgan,Moeen Ali,Ben Stokes,etc.There are no shortcomings starting at now. They are the hosting country, so they have the best chances to win the world cup 2019.

2)India:If there is one group that can truly give an extreme battle to England then it is India.Currently India and England are the main two groups that can beat each other in matches. But their team maximum time depends in abundance on Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.Though they have Ambati Rayudu as no. 4 batsman and KL Rahul,Pandya twins,Dhoni are likewise improving as much as possible.But they have tremendous bowling line up in this world cup. (Bumrah,Shami,Bhuvi,Chahal,Kuldeep & Hardik ). India will be stuck in an unfortunate situation if Rohit-Dhawan-Kohli trio fall early. But after all I will say, they have ability to win the world cup.

3)South Africa:South Africa have been generally amazing in ODI's so far.However the nonappearance of AB De Villiers is by all accounts influencing them to some degree. Still they have the chances to win this world cup.

4)Bangladesh: Yes ! NO.4 Bangladesh ! Because, they do something good in every ICC event, If you look their cricket history. They have many impact player's like, Shakib, Tamim,Mushfiq,Mahmudullah, Mustafizur Rahman, Miraz,Mithun,Masahrafe(c),Sabbir,Soymo,Taskin etc. They can beat Sri Lanka, West Indies, Afghanistan, Pakistan,New Zealand, even England, if you look their cricket history.

5)Australia:They seem to be a pale shadow of what they were before.Smith and Warner's nonappearance is harming them badly.Losing 5– 0 to England and SA isn't doing them any favors. Bowling will be their principle quality at this point,until Smith and Warner pull off a gigantic phenomenal rebound. But still they have chances. Because they are champion team.

6)New Zealand:So far they have been a phenomenal group with any semblance of Colin Munro,Martin Guptill,Ish sodhi,etc.They can give an extreme battle to the various groups. However, they have very strong bowling line up in this world cup.

7)Pakistan:They are the dim horses.However this group is still weak.CT 2017 last was a fluke. Even on the off chance that they rout groups like Afghanistan,Sri Lanka,etc. They will lose to groups like India,England,SA,NZ.Bowling will be their primary stength now. 

8)Afghanistan:For the individuals who will ask why I said Afghanistan,check the match among Afghanistan and India.No.10 positioned Afghanistan really figured out how to verify a tie against No.2 positioned India.They have ended up being a proficient group which can battle like anything. So they are also good team.

9)West Indies:They can bat great at times,but their bowling isn't great enough. They are unpredictable team. They have many hard hitter player.

10)Sri Lanka:This group is extremely powerless at the moment.They batting and bowling are very weak,as much as I would rather not concede it.They should strive to turn things around.
